With over three decades in healthcare, Meccy has cared for lives at their most fragile and helped rebuild strength from the inside out. Her decade of leadership in hospitality taught her how to create spaces of warmth, dignity, and belonging for people from every walk of life. Six years in finance gave her the discipline to turn vision into viable structure and generosity into sustainable impact.
Today, she channels this fusion of service, business acumen, and cultural intelligence into Build Our Village, a nonprofit founded in 2025 to unite hearts, hands, and resources across continents. Based in the United States with an operational hub in Monrovia, Liberia, the organization focuses on rebuilding villages through education, healthcare, sustainable agriculture, and women’s empowerment. The mission is simple yet sacred. To make self reliance a reality and dignity a birthright.
